o      In an April 12, 2018, interview with My Old Kentucky Podcast, when asked how he hoped Democrats would address issues like pension and taxation policy, Josh Hicks said, “Well, you know, we have to become, once we are back in control of Frankfurt, we have to become the party of revenue. We have to figure out the revenue issue. Now what that means, is you will never, ever, ever cut your way to prosperity.”[1]
