o According to a March 27, 2020, order to extend deadlines, “Pursuant to the Court’s General Order No. 20-02 relating to COVID-19, Plaintiff, Gina Curry and Defendant, Norton Healthcare, through counsel, having agreed to the terms of this Proposed Joint Order To Extend Deadlines sixty (60) days from the Court Order entered by the Court on 01/28/20 [DE 20], and the Court being sufficiently advised,
“It is hereby ordered the following deadlines and conditions shall be observed in this action:
“1. Discovery deadline – The Parties will complete all fact discovery by July 6, 2020.
“2. Amendment pleadings – The Parties agree that they will file any amendment to the pleadings on or before June 30, 2020.
“3. Third Party Complaints – The parties shall have until June 30, 2020 to file any third party actions. After the expiration of that time, no third party actions shall be commenced or new defendants impleaded without leave of Court for good cause shown.
“4. Expert disclosures –
(a) Defendant will make expert disclosures on or before June 1, 2020.
(b) The parties shall complete expert depositions no later than June 30, 2020.
(c) The Parties shall file any motions objecting to the admissibility of expert witness testimony on or before September 15, 2020.”[1]
o According to the same document, pretrial conference was set for Nov. 2, 2020, and trial set for Nov. 17, 2020.[2]
