- In a Sept. 19, 2018, article, the Sentinel Echo reported, “Backed up traffic along Interstate 75 between Exit 41 and mile marker 42 late Monday afternoon resulted in a multi-vehicle crash that took the life of a Williamsburg woman.
“Jennine Petrey of Williamsburg was one of the motorists stopped near the Exit 41 ramp when her vehicle was struck by a semi-truck headed northbound.
“Information in the accident indicates the semi-truck could not stop in time to avoid a crash, hitting Petrey’s car and starting a domino effect that involved four other vehicles. The semi traveled several hundred yards after the crash before it came to a stop. That accident is being investigated by the Kentucky State Police London Post 11.”[2]
